CWT
DairyWorks Care, Wellness and Training Program is our solution for Dairy Producers who are proactively wanting to create and maintain an Animal Welfare Program for their Dairy. Our program is customized to your dairy, we assist in developing your protocols, keeping them up to date and serve as your dairies Animal Welfare Agent.
We work alongside your team to maintain required documents are kept up-to-date and current. Your protocols are reviewed by Trained Evaluators who understand the different dairy welfare standards and coach your team in updates in new animal care programs.
Your Protocols are created as “Living Documents” and are not just placed in a binder on a shelf. We provide a continual training program for your employees and create a training plan for new employees as well as your seasoned team members. We assist in creating a Cow Care Agreement for your dairy and develop a plan to keep your dairy current on these requirements.
Our team will complete annual visits to your dairy and consult your team in where opportunities exist.
This service is available for Dairy Producers, Milk Processors and Milk CO-OPs.

F.A.R.M. Evaluators
DairyWorks can work with your Dairy Processor, Milk CO-OP or Milk Purchaser to train and certify your FARM Evaluators. All Evaluators must complete a background check and be approved by NMPF prior to training. We offer in-person training, as well as recertification options via teleconference when applicable. Dairy Audits
DairyWorks passion is in working with dairy producers to be fully compliant and prepared for Animal Care welfare audits. We develop a plan and work with your team to put a plan together for your dairy.
As second party auditors, the DairyWorks Team can complete independent FARM audits for milk processors, milk buyers and CO-OPs.
DairyWorks auditors can also serve as third party auditors, this is a program where we are verifiers for clients, we are unassociated with and provide a third-party evaluation. These special third-party audits are scheduled through our partnership with Validus.
